Konarzewo (German: Kniephof) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Nowogard, within Goleniów County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately north-east of Nowogard, north-east of Goleniów, and north-east of the regional capital Szczecin. Originally held by the Pomeranian ''Dewitz'' noble family at Dobra, Kniephof together with neighboring Jarchlin and Külz about 1720 was acquired by the Bismarck family, descending from Schönhausen in the Altmark. From 1839 onwards the estate had been administered by Otto von Bismarck, who, after being appointed Minister President of Prussia, sold it to his nephew Philipp in 1868. The Bismarcks held Kniephof until 1945 (the last owner being Klaus von Bismarck) until the German population fled or was expelled. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania. ==References==
